Rewind Key
Hold it. Pull the last few seconds back.
A missed jump, a trap you read too late, a hit that should have ended the fight.

Action-Platformer · Metroidvania

Jokoan Kuto, a Time Guardian betrayed by his pantheon, survives as the vessel of titan Kronos. Chain dashes, jumps, and strikes with the Scythe of Kronos. Hold the Rewind Key and pull the last few seconds back.
The world
The current build is the opening region: ten interconnected rooms, the Rewind Key, the Scythe of Kronos — then the Minotaur and Athena. Below: the world it is cut from, as shown on the Steam page.
The current build
A 2D action-platformer metroidvania built around rewinding time. Hold the Rewind Key and pull the last few seconds back. Chain dashes, jumps and strikes with the Scythe of Kronos. Further time abilities get named only once they are in development.
Hold it. Pull the last few seconds back.
A missed jump, a trap you read too late, a hit that should have ended the fight.
Always in your hand.
Chain dashes, jumps and strikes into one line. Heavy, short dash, the fight lives in the gap.
One uninterrupted line.
The scythe is heavy, the dash is short, and the distance between them is the fight.
Ten interconnected rooms.
Playable start to finish, with the Minotaur and Athena waiting at the end of it.
Guards the lower sanctuary.
Reads your habits. Beatable the moment you stop repeating them.
Waits past the Minotaur.
Same rule: she reads your habits. Two bosses in the current build.
The Game

You carry the titan’s own weapon. Combat is fast and physical — chain dashes, jumps, and strikes with a scythe that hits as hard as the legend it came from.
A missed jump, a trap, a hit that should have ended the fight — hold the Rewind Key and pull the last few seconds back.
Betrayed and cast out, Jokoan Kuto survives as the vessel of titan Kronos. The story earns its dark, dry sense of humor about the whole ordeal.

The current build ends with the Minotaur and Athena.
Interconnected ground to learn, hidden ways to find, and routes that open as you master the Scythe of Kronos and the Rewind Key. The map rewards the players who go back and look again.
